Lisa Moran McMurdo 's practice focuses primarily on product liability litigation and personal injury defense, with an emphasis on discovery issues. She practices in the state and federal courts in Virginia , and her experience includes work in cases filed across the country. Ms. McMurdo is currently a member of the Virginia Bar Association, as well as the Defense Research Institute, Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, and the Charlottesville-Albemarle Bar Association.
She earned her B.A. (1995) and J.D. (1999) degrees from the University of Virginia, and completed a clerkship with the Fourth Judicial District Court in Norfolk, Virginia prior to joining Moran & Kiker in August 2000.
