A native of Richmond, Virginia, Ms. Lindenzweig graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law in 2005, where she served as a Manuscripts Editor on the University of Richmond Law Review.  Following graduation, she clerked with the Supreme Court of Virginia in the chambers of the Honorable Justice Cynthia D. Kinser. 

In addition to this invaluable appellate experience, since joining MB in 2006 Ms. Lindenzweig has eagerly taken every opportunity to become an experienced trial lawyer.  She has participated in all phases of pretrial preparation, including extensive motions practice and the depositions of expert and fact witness.  She has been involved with trials, mediations and arbitrations involving commercial and construction disputes and product liability claims.  In conjunction with her commercial litigation practice, moreover, Ms. Lindenzweig also has gained risk management experience in the review and drafting of complex contracts, software licensing agreements, franchise agreements and business formation.  Ms. Lindenzweig is also involved in various pro bono activities, including helping women obtain domestic violence protective orders. 

Outside of her law practice, Ms. Lindenzweig is a member of the Junior League of Richmond and is involved in the Model Judiciary Program, assisting high school students in trial competitions.  She enjoys reading, running, and spending time on the water.  Ms. Lindenzweig remains dedicated to the study of legal history.  She spent a year in England obtaining a Masters Degree in 17th Century History, focusing her research on British Legal History.  She assists professors at the University of Richmond in the transcription and editing of 17th Century legal documents and commentary.
